Contact supportBy accessing and using Movingly, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. Movingly is a marketplace platform that connects customers with removalist professionals. We facilitate those connections but do not directly provide the moving services themselves.
Movingly acts as an intermediary platform. We do not provide moving services directly, guarantee service quality, handle payments between customers and removalists, provide insurance coverage for moves, or accept liability for damages and losses arising from mover performance.
Payments are made directly between customers and removalists. Cancellation policies vary by removalist and should be discussed before booking. Platform fees may be non-refundable, and while Movingly may assist with mediation, it does not guarantee refunds.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review the Privacy Policy for details on how personal information is handled while using the platform.
The service and its original content remain the property of Movingly and its licensors. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties.
Movingly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
